Slow is strong. ❤️🔥
In a world that constantly pushes you to move faster, Lagree asks you to do the opposite. To slow down. To stay in it. To feel every second of the movement instead of rushing through it.
Because when you slow things down, there’s nowhere to hide. Your muscles stay under constant tension. Your mind can’t drift. You’re forced to stay present, to stay controlled, to stay engaged.
That’s where the shake comes from.
And that’s where real strength is built.
Currently unavailable. In a committed relationship with Lagree. See you in 45 minutes! ✨

What makes Après Club special isn’t just the workout.
It’s the 45 minutes where you get pushed in all the right ways.
It’s the level of coaching that comes from in house training.
It’s the people you start to recognize, talk to, and root for.
It’s the events that turn a studio into something bigger.
You come for the workout.
You stay for everything else.
#tahoe #truckee #lagreefitness #lagree
Last night was our first Truckee community event and it was so fun.
Getting outside the studio and actually spending time together…no timer, no springs, just real conversations, is something we care deeply about. Watching people connect, meet for the first time, and already start forming friendships is the best part.
Huge thank you to @craftandlogictaproom for having us and to our Incline crew who made the drive 🤍

Kneeling Torso Twist engages and fires BOTH obliques - one stabilizes, the other drives the rotation.
Slow and controlled, shoulders stacked, spine long, imagine wringing out your waistline right around your belly button.
•
Why we love it: sculpts your waist, builds core strength, improves balance, and hits those hard-to-reach obliques.
Let this be your sign to get out of your head 🧘🏼♀️☁️
Never let the negative thoughts outweigh your positive goals!
Step out of your comfort zone
Try something new
Après Club meets you where you are.
See you in class!

Lagree in style >>>
But also… Lagree with control.
•
Grip socks give you the traction + stability to stay aligned, controlled, and intentional with every move.
Better balance = deeper burn = better results.
Grab yours in-studio. 🤍🫧🧦
Meet ‘Reverse Kneeling Inner Thighs’ ❤️🔥
A move that challenges your body on a whole new level -
targeting inner thighs, glutes, and core all at once.
•
As always, FORM is key so let’s break down the DO’S and DON’Ts of the Reverse Kneeling Inner Thighs:
DON’T hinge forward or stick the butt out
DO keep shoulders stacked over hips, stay upright, and engage the core
DON’T let one leg take over
DO stay centered and use both legs equally (this is a bilateral movement)
DON’T use momentum
DO move slow and controlled to fire up those slow twitch muscle fibers
We love this move because the slower and more controlled you are, the more effective (and shakier) it gets ✨🌀🫧🧘🏼♀️
A studio favorite for a reason ❤️🔥
Glutes, hamstrings, abs, triceps, shoulders all in one spicy movement.
•
Why we love it: A full-body burn, slow controlled reps, and the shakes that tell you it’s working.
Meet the ‘Spider Kick’
-
#lagree #lagreefitness #aprèsclub #lagreetahoe
Meet our ‘Escalator Lunge’ ❤️🔥
One of our favorite burners. This move fires up the hamstrings and glutes while the quads and abs keep you stable the whole time.
The slow escalator-style movement keeps constant tension, which means deeper muscle activation and that signature Lagree shake.
Why we love it:
• it builds serious lower-body strength
• improves balance
• lights up the core all in one move.
Our trainers are always there to help refine your form so you feel it in all the right places. ✨🫧🌶️

For those of you asking, this is how we got our name 💙
#lagree #lagreefitness #apresclub
Q&A Part 1: Is Lagree Different than Pilates?
We know you have heard “Lagree is not Pilates” several times, but here are three common differences between them.
#lagree #lagreefitness #apresclub
You asked, we answered.
Both locations, one membership, events + privates included.
Swipe → Save → See you in class.
Different levels. Same control. Full core burn.
That’s the power of The Lagree Method. Slow, controlled, designed to help you become the strongest version of yourself.
-
Move slow, stay engaged and choose the level that supports your form.
We’re with you all the way 🤍
This is why the Lagree tempo is intentionally slow:
• More time under tension → muscles work the entire range, no breaks.
• Better control → no momentum; just pure muscle engagement.
• Protects your joints → slow = safer & more supported movement.
• Activates slow-twitch fibers → the ones that build long, lean strength.
• Mind–muscle connection → you actually feel the right muscle working.
Slow isn’t easy.. it’s the whole point
🧘🏼♀️🤍✨☁️

Here are a few reasons why men should be adding Lagree to their workout regimen! ↓
• Targets smaller muscle groups that you can’t get to at the gym. Lagree movements activate slow twitch muscle fibers (aka Lagree shakes).
• Lagree is a full body, burn that combines strength, endurance, and functional movement.
• Lagree improves posture, balance and core stability. All of these components set a strong foundation for other forms of movement and lifting.
• Nothing compares to Lagree’s deep core exercises that not only strengthen, but enhance definition.
💪🏼🤍✨

Welcome to Lagree Tahoe — built on strength, connection, and community.
Every inch of this space was created with love, intention, and the belief that we rise higher together.

Our Lagree Tahoe trainers walked through the doors Monday with vast previous fitness experience and have spent the past week immersed in the work, learning the Lagree Method inside and out.
Partner drills. Form refinement. Safety. Injuries. Prenatal and postnatal care. Modifications for every body.
This isn’t a crash course, it’s a deep dive.
Our instructors lead with knowledge, intention, and heart. They’re not just ready to teach; they’re ready to elevate what strength looks like in this community.
We’re proud, we’re prepared, and we’re just getting started. 🤍
Thank you @lisa.smiley for these amazing photos!
